Special Terms and Conditions - UEFA Euro 2024 Giveaway Campaign
1. General Provisions
invesTRe is authorised as a Luxembourg investment firm and subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg financial sector supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg. InvesTRe is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656 and its registered office is located at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
InvesTRe and Customers enter into these Special Terms and Conditions as part of the “UEFA Euro 2024 Giveaway Campaign” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).
These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By participating in this Campaign with invesTRe, Customers represent that they fully understand this language.
By participating in this Campaign, Customers agree to abide by these Special Terms and Conditions.
2. The Campaign
The Campaign refers to the promotional activity organized by invesTRe, wherein Customers have the opportunity to win a Prize, as defined below, by fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria set out in these Special Terms and Conditions.
Please note that this Campaign is not a partnership with the UEFA, and all terms and conditions specified herein are solely for informational and promotional purposes.
3. The Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid from 01:00 on 06/06/2024 to 14:00 on 17/06/2024 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").
4. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to the Campaign, the Customer must be either:
- a Preexisting Customer (i.e. Customer with which we have already entered into a business relationship) and has subscribed to at least one Fund unit; or
- comply with the following three (3) cumulative criteria before the end of the Campaign Period:
- the Customer entered into a business relationship with invesTRe, in accordance with invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. In other words, invesTRe should have received all documents, information and data that invesTRe considers necessary or may reasonably require in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures in relation to identification and verification of the Customer's identity and the identity of its beneficial owners, the performance of customer due diligence, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, tax compliance, sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and fraud screening and checks and any other verification of the Customer's identity, corporate structure and origin of assets and wealth, as may be required by applicable laws and regulations and InvesTRe's internal policies and procedures;
- the Customer transfers IN cash on its Mangopay e-wallet (payment account) during the Campaign Period; and
- the Customer subscribe to at least one Fund unit during the Campaign Period.
In the event of technical issues during the entry into business relationship, the transfer IN cash or subscription in an investment fund, invesTRe reserves the right to decide on the Customer’s eligibility to the Campaign at its own discretion.
Employees of invesTRe and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. Prize
The Prize for the Campaign will be two (2) tickets for the match between Belgium and Romania on the 22nd of June 2024 at Cologne Stadium in Cologne.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
From the date of transfer of the Prize to the Customer, invesTRe shall not make any warrant regarding the validity and use of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected on 17th of June 2024 randomly, using an application called Rafi, from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
The winner will be notified on the 17th of June 2024 via the email address registered in the Moniflo Application.
If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Data Privacy
Personal information collected from Customers will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Termination
These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.
InvesTRe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
This Termination shall not imply the termination of the business relationship between InvesTRe and the Customer.
9. General Terms
InvesTRe reserves the right to disqualify any customer found to be in violation of these Special Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
These Special Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
The Customer is still bound to all provisions of InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. These Special Terms and Conditions shall not supersede or modify any of these. The Customer acknowledges that he as read and understood InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading and Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions.
