Nexus2050 giveaway – Special Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1. InvesTRe: InvesTRe is authorized as a Luxembourg investment firm under the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg. Registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656, its registered office is at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

2. InvesTRe and the Participant enter into these Special Terms and Conditions as part of the “Nexus2050 giveaway” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).

3. These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By entering into a business relationship with InvesTRe, the Participant represents that they fully understand this language.

4. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to abide by these Special Terms and Conditions.

2. The Campaign

1. The Campaign refers to the promotional activity organized by invesTRe, wherein Participants have the opportunity to win a Prize, as defined below, by fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria set out in these Special Terms and Conditions.  

2. This Prize shall be kept within the eligible participant’s Mangopay e-wallet or invested in funds for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of receipt.

3. The Campaign Period

1. The Campaign is valid from 01:00 on 26/06/2024 to 24:00 on 27/06/2024 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").

4. Eligibility Criteria

1. To be eligible for the Campaign, the Participant must comply with the following criteria before the end of the Campaign Period:

The Participant entered into a business relationship with InvesTRe, following InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. In other words, InvesTRe should have received all documents, information, and data necessary for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and invesTRe's internal policies and procedure in relation to identification and verification of the Participant's identity and the identity of its beneficial owners, the performance of Participant due diligence, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, tax compliance, sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and fraud screening and checks and any other verification of the Participant's identity, corporate structure and origin of assets and wealth, as may be required by applicable laws and regulations and invesTRe's internal policies and procedures.

5. Prize

Each eligible participant will receive a Prize, which will be a cash amount up to five hundred Euros (€500).

The exact value of the cash prize awarded to each eligible participant is not guaranteed and may vary. The final amount will be determined at the sole discretion of invesTRe.

Prizes will be credited to the eligible participants on their eligible Mangopay e-wallet within 10 working days of the campaign.  

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.

Eligible participants agrees to retain the Prize on their Mangopay e-wallet (payment account) or invests them into funds for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of receipt.  

Participants must comply with all campaign rules and conditions to qualify for the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of any Prize.

In the event that an eligible participantr fails to retain the cash reward for the specified duration, invesTRe reserves the right to reclaim the full amount of the Prize. The eligible participant shall return the Prize to invesTRe within thirty (30) days of receiving a written notice demanding its return.

6. Data Privacy

Personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

78. Termination

1. These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.

2. InvesTRe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. This Termination shall not imply the termination of the business relationship between InvesTRe and the Participant.

8. General Terms

1. The Participant acknowledges that the financial incentive provided in this Campaign does not constitute investment advice. The Participant is sole responsible of his investment decisions and invesTRe shall not be liable regarding any of it.  

2. invesTRe reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Special Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

3. The Campaign does not affect any fees associated with the business relationship between the Participant and InvesTRe.

4. The Participant is still bound to all provisions of InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. These Special Terms and Conditions shall not supersede or modify any of these. The Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading and Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

1. These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

2. The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions and the business relationship between InvesTRe and the Participant.
